The Atosa ACEF-32 Electric Countertop Fryer provides a total oil capacity of 32 pounds in a dual-tank configuration. Its stainless steel construction offers durability and easy cleaning for commercial foodservice settings. Two heating elements and two removable fry baskets with insulated, cool-to-touch handles support convenient operation, while built-in basket hooks provide a resting position for the baskets.
Adjustable thermostats offer a temperature range of 70°F to 375°F. High-temperature limit controls with manual reset provide overheating protection. Removable control boxes and swing-up heating elements allow easier access for cleaning.
The ACEF-32 operates on 208–240V, 60Hz, single-phase power, with each heating element rated at 2.9–3.8 kW. The unit includes two attached power cords with NEMA 6-20P plugs. Overall dimensions are 21¹¹⁄₁₆ inches wide × 18½ inches deep × 17³⁄₁₆ inches high, providing dual-tank frying capability in a countertop format.
